How did it all start?

In 1996, a pair of entrepreneurial brothers who always dreamed big opened a small baby products store in Yirka, covering only 90 square meters. The two, Jess and Wissam Canaan, embarked on a joint journey centered on one vision – to create a new and more enjoyable shopping experience for families and children that had never been seen before in Israel.
The unique concept that was at the center of the My Baby Birka model – Family Fun Shop – continued to develop, and the store, which over time grew and gained a loyal customer base that continued to visit it thanks to the wholehearted service, the quality, the selection of attractions, and the affordable prices – became the largest center in Israel for parents and children, attracting crowds of visitors from all over the country.
