Exchange Policy
If you would like to return or exchange the item you purchased, you can do so in the following ways:
1 - Contact customer service to arrange a paid replacement shipment, the payment varies depending on the type and size of the product (we collect the item from you and deliver the new item to you)
2 – Arrive at the store and exchange on the spot (make sure beforehand that the replacement product is in stock)
Return/Cancellation Policy
1. A customer who is supplied with a product ordered by him through this website is obligated to inspect the product immediately upon receiving it into his possession.
2. A user who has successfully completed the purchase of products through this website, as detailed in Section 25 above, will be entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with and subject to all provisions of the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the " Consumer Protection Law ") as well as the provisions of the regulations enacted by virtue of the Consumer Protection Law.
3. A notice regarding the cancellation of a transaction that was successfully completed through this website, as detailed in Section 25 above, will be entered by the user in the designated place on the website, and/or by sending an email to a specific email address that will appear on the website for the purpose of sending a notice regarding the cancellation of said transaction.
4. It is clarified that the Company and/or "My Baby" will be entitled, at their sole discretion, and in accordance with the provisions of the law, to charge the customer who has lawfully canceled the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of the law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price actually paid by the customer, and/or 100 New Shekels, whichever is lower.
5. It is clarified that in the event of a lawful cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law relating to the return of products in the event of a transaction cancellation will apply to the user.
6. A user who has successfully completed the purchase of the product through this website, as detailed in Section 25 above, will be entitled to return the product subject to the legal provisions relating to the product return policy.
7. It is clarified that with regard to the reservations regarding the right to cancel a transaction by a customer, the provisions of the law will apply, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010.

Cancellation of the transaction by the company and/or "My Baby"
9. The Company and/or "My Baby" will be entitled to cancel the transaction in whole or in part, if one of the following situations and/or circumstances occurs:
A. In the event that the product was provided for the purpose entered by the customer on the site during the time of making the purchase and/or order through the site, and/or for another purpose as instructed by the user via text message, as detailed in Section 37 above, but the product was not collected by the customer and/or by an authorized representative on his behalf for 14 business days.
B. In the event that the user provided missing details and as a result, the product that was provided for the purpose entered by the user during the time of making the purchase and/or order through the site, was not collected by the user and/or by an authorized person on his behalf for 14 business days.
C. In the event that it was not possible to provide the product for the order entered by the user during the time of making the purchase and/or order through the website, due to the unavailability of the user and/or an authorized representative on his behalf for 14 business days.
D. In the event of force majeure, acts of war, acts of terrorism that prevent the continuation of the purchase and/or ordering of the product through the website.
E. In the event that a clerical error was made in the price of the product displayed on the site and/or in the description of the product displayed on the site.
F. In the event that it is determined that the sale and/or ordering of the product through the website took place illegally and/or in violation of the provisions of the terms of use set forth in these regulations.
It is clarified that in each of the situations and/or circumstances mentioned above, the Company and/or "My Baby" will provide the user with a written notice regarding the cancellation of the transaction, to the address entered by the user during the time of making the purchase and/or order through the site; the transaction will be canceled; the Company and/or "My Baby" will not charge the customer's credit card for the transaction, except for the cost of shipping fees; and they will refund to the customer any amount actually paid by him for the purchase of the product, minus the cost of shipping fees.
It is clarified that in any of the situations and/or circumstances mentioned above, the user will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim whatsoever for the cancellation of the transaction by the Company and/or by "My Baby", except for the refund of the transaction amount minus the cost of shipping fees as stated.
