And also to adapt to the hormonal changes that affect her mood and make her nervous and sensitive to every word. Therefore, a first pregnancy requires organization from the family, especially from the husband - the father-to-be - in order to make the pregnancy period an enjoyable, enjoyable experience, at the end of which they announce the arrival of a new member to the family.
