תיאור
Safety 1st SlimRide הוא כסא בטיחות משולב 4 ב-1 שמלווה את הילד מלידה ועד גיל עשר בקירוב: נגד כיוון הנסיעה, עם כיוון הנסיעה ברתמה, ובהמשך בוסטר עם משענת גב ובוסטר ללא משענת גב. המבנה צר, והיצרן מציין שברוב הרכבים אפשר להושיב שלושה כסאות זה לצד זה. הכסא מיוצר ומאושר לשוק האמריקאי, ולכן הטווחים נקובים בליברות ובאינצ'ים וההמרה למידות מטריות היא לנוחות. הדגם מוצע בגוון אפור.

- נגד כיוון הנסיעה: 5 עד 40 ליברות (כ-2.3 עד 18 ק"ג), גובה 19 עד 40 אינץ' (כ-48 עד 102 ס"מ)
- עם כיוון הנסיעה ברתמה: 30 עד 65 ליברות (כ-13.6 עד 29.5 ק"ג), גובה 34.4 עד 49 אינץ' (כ-87 עד 124 ס"מ)
- בוסטר, עם משענת גב וללא משענת גב: 40 עד 100 ליברות (כ-18 עד 45 ק"ג), גובה 43.4 עד 52 אינץ' (כ-110 עד 132 ס"מ)
- תקן: נבדק ומאושר לפי התקן הפדרלי האמריקאי FMVSS 213 ועומד בתקן ההתנגשות הצידית הפדרלי FMVSS 213a. אין לו אישור אירופי i-Size לפי UN R129 ולא אישור ECE R44/04
- התקנה: בעיגונים התחתונים של הרכב (LATCH) או בחגורת הבטיחות, ועם כיוון הנסיעה גם ברצועת Top Tether. מגבלות המשקל לעיגונים התחתונים מפורטות בחוברת ההוראות של היצרן
- בסיס עם חמש עמדות הטיה, ומשענת ראש ורתמה בעשר עמדות גובה בכיוון ביד אחת, בלי השחלה מחדש של הרצועות
- הריפוד ומרפדי היילוד ניתנים לכביסה במכונה ולייבוש במייבש, ושני מחזיקי הכוסות נשלפים וניתנים לשטיפה במדיח
- המעבר לבוסטר ללא משענת גב נעשה ביד אחת, ותוקף השימוש בכסא הוא עשר שנים ממועד הייצור

למשפחות שמחפשות כסא אחד לכל הדרך, מהלידה ועד סוף שלב הבוסטר. הרוחב הצר עוזר ברכבים קטנים ובמשפחות שמושיבות כמה ילדים על ספסל אחורי אחד. ההתאמה בפועל משתנה מילד לילד, והכסא נושא אישור אמריקאי בלבד.
